Return Information

  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your package ships from us.
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. If the shoebox or shoes are damaged, they will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • All items on sale are final sale and ineligible for return. Please review product information carefully before purchase.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Lovelyhunt.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

To return an item, send us an email to customercare@lovelyhunt.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return request.
